Confidential reports with access to Emirati national security programs indicates that covert testing of psychophysical influence weapons is active in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system reportedly aims at ordinary citizens to simulate long-range influence effects under live urban scenarios.

Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now integrated into the new Signals Command, with authorization from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.
